The CDLR Community Benefit Fund is a wholly community owned charitable company, working on behalf of the villages of Coalburn, Douglas, Lesmhagow, & Rigside. We will administer Community Benefit funding received from renewable energy projects in the area. The CDLR will support local community facilities and develop new projects to enhance the place we all call home.

CDLR stands for Coalburn, Douglas, Lesmahagow, & Rigside, which are all the village areas covered by the funding streams.
HOW IT WORKS
The CDLR will receive annual payments from a variety of a renewable industry companies with assets in the area. The CDLR then welcomes applications for funding from existing and new community groups across the area. The CDLR will also drive forward strategic projects which will benefit all areas
OUR AIM
Ensure the new wave of renewable industry in our area delivers generational community benefit. Supporting and delivering community projects over the next 30 years and beyond
