About CDLR
CDLR stands for Coalburn, Douglas, Lesmahagow, & Rigside. CDLR will receive Community Benefit money from energy companies who are building windfarms and other renewable developments in the area. Community groups can apply to CDLR for funding projects. Projects could involve building new community facilities or various other community development initiatives.

The CDLR board consists of three representatives from each of 4 villages, giving all villages equal representation.
